I'm ready to work. How do I get picked for an op?

I've been using Veryable for a while now - I'm ready to work.
I've bid on some ops, but haven't been chosen. What gives? How do I stand out and get selected?

You'll get one. Be patient. If you don't get confirm than that means you weren't picked. You should make sure you're profile is totally filled out. I think that makes those companies more likely to pick you.

Also... when you get your first, make sure you work hard and get 5 star rating. After I got some high ratings I always got picked. Never no show or call in too if you get picked. That will kill your ratings and you'll never get work after.
